Capital Car Hire T&Cs:
- Renter must be over the age of 21 years.
- Renter must obtain a valid driver’s license older than three years.
- Renter must obtain a credit card embossed with their name on it
- Deposit take up to 10 working days to be refunded.
- Bookings are essential and subject to availability
- NO refunds if vehicle is retuned back earlier than expected.
- Only renter and per additional driver added to the rental agreement are authorized to drive vehicle hired out, any unauthorized driver, Renter will be held liable to pay full excess on the group of vehicle hired to the Renter.
