1. Cancelling your Deal
1.1 If you want to cancel your purchase of a Deal you can do so by submitting a refund request using your registered email address to info@hiredeals.co.za
1.2 The specified Deal must be included with the email, along with the reason for the refund.
1.3 Hire Deals reserves the right to withhold a refund unless the seller confirms that the product/service was not delivered & that the seller’s terms and conditions for refunds are met. The deal terms and conditions with regards to validity and cancellation policies will apply.
1.4 Hire Deals is not responsible for the provision of the Seller Deal. If you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Seller Deal, you must take action against the Seller directly.
1.5 Should a complaint not be resolved, Hire Deals may try to help resolve the issue between you and the Seller. Hire Deals cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolution as we only act as a third party agent and cannot guarantee the delivery of products/services.
2. Expiry of a Deal
2.2 All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
2.2 The Seller and / or Hire Deals reserves the right to change the validity of the offer at any time.
2.3 No refunds will be issued for all expired deals.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund requests (within validity period) must be submitted via email allowing up to 5 working days before date of use. Thereafter refunds will not be issued. Please note: some deals are non-refundable and will be stated as such.
3.2 All refunds will be refunded to you via your original method of payment with 10 working days.
3.2 If your original method of payment has been cancelled, expired or has otherwise changed, you must inform the customer support team immediately – info@hiredeals.co.za
