Welcome to Hire Deals. The hiredeals.co.za website is owned by WeGuava (Pty) Ltd trading as Hire Deals (registration: 2022/889292/07), a private company in accordance with the company laws of the Republic of South Africa acting as an agent on behalf of the Seller.
5.1 By using Hire Deals and its related Deals on products/services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). You also accept the Terms when you create an account, make a purchase as a guest, or log in as a user.
5.1 “our,” “we,” or “us” may refer to Hire Deals and our affiliates, subsidiaries, and designees. We may make changes to any Hire Deals and the Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the Terms, you should not use the Hire Deals website.
5.2 To be eligible to buy any deals you must be 18 years old or over.
6. Deal purchase
6.1 When buying Deals on our website, you can pay via Instant EFT, credit or debit card and any other payment options provided by the payment gateways. At no time are your card details stored on our server.
6.2 Once a Deal is successfully purchased, you will receive an email to your registered email address with purchase code.
6.3 It is your responsibility to make use of the product/service and read the Seller’s Terms of Use on their website provided under the Deal’s information on our website.
6.4 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for all refund/cancellation terms.
6.4 Transaction is concluded after receiving your purchase code with us via email.
7. Using your Deal with the Seller
7.1 Provide your purchase code with the Seller in order to redeem your valid Deal.
7.2 It is the Seller’s responsibility to provide you with the product/service. Any queries with the product/service must be taken up with the Seller directly. For unresolved disputes you can contact Hire Deals for assistance. Hire Deals cannot guarantee a satisfactory resolution as we only act as a third party agent and cannot guarantee the delivery of products/services.
7.3 Deposits required for specific Hiring equipment/services are to be paid directly to the Seller, you must request a refund from the Seller directly.
7.4 If in the event your purchase code is lost, it will not be compensated for or replaceable by Hire Deals nor the seller.
8. General
8.1 We reserve the right to change, substitute or remove any Deal, product/services or information on our website without notice.
8.2 You may not sell any purchased Deals but can be given as a gift.
8.3 You may not try to redeem the same Deal more than once.
8.4 The Products /Services will always be provided to you by the Seller, never by us.
